Fight Obama’s HHS Mandate: Goshen, NY joins March 23 NATIONWIDE Rally
Dear Pro-Life Friend,
By now you’ve probably heard about the HUGE controversy going on over Barack Obama’s “HHS Mandate.”
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is now MANDATING that ALL employers provide free contraceptives, sterilization and abortion-inducing drugs through their health plans.
The HHS provided a “religious exemption” so narrow that it would exclude Catholic hospitals, universities and charities, forcing these institutions to act in direct opposition to Catholic teaching through the health care plans they provide.
That’s right: The Obama administration will now decide what “counts” as a religious institution in this country.
In fact, not even Jesus and His Apostles would have qualified under Obama’s definition of a religious group!
Religious leaders of many faiths, all across the country, have joined all 181 Catholic bishops in denouncing the HHS Mandate as an assault on religious liberty and freedom of conscience.
And NOW it’s time for direct, grassroots ACTIVISM – right here in Goshen, NY!
Pro-lifers in our town are joining with others all over the country in staging a NATIONWIDE RALLY to take place coast to coast on March 23 at Noon.
OVER 50 CITIES AND TOWNS have signed on to join the Nationwide Rally for Religious Freedom — including Goshen, NY!

The March 23 Rally for Religious Freedom is now two weeks away and just today our list of cities taking part just reached 102!
It’s been years since I’ve seen people as fired up as they are about standing up for their First Amendment rights against this egregious Mandate. We expected a great response to these rallies, but rallies in the triple digits shows a level of enthusiasm we never could have predicted.
From Portland, Maine to Portland Oregon and all the way out to Hawaii the American people are sending a message to the Obama Administration: We will not stand idly by while you destroy the freedoms that make this country great.
